You are able to submit images on both A3 or A4 paper.

 

The images selected by the judges will be mounted and the aperture sizes are listed below.

The actual printed picture MUST be the following dimensions. :-

A4 PAPER SIZE - YOUR PRINTED PICTURE SIZE MUST BE  190mm x 280mm

A3 PAPER SIZE - YOUR PRINTED PICTURE SIZE MUST BE  280mm x 400mm

A3 PAPER SIZE - YOUR PRINTED PICTURE SIZE MUST BE  280mm x 280mm  (SQUARE) 

 

PLEASE REMEMBER - YOUR PICTURE MUST FIT THE STATED APERTURE SIZE

THEME

 

The theme of this print competition is based around the theme UPLIFTING and what that means to you.

Definition:- Uplifting, joyful, thought provoking (in a good way), inspiring, wondrous, - positive in a way that encourages the improvement of a person’s mood or spirit .  Morally or spiritually elevating; inspiring happiness or hope.  

 

Your picture can be of any genre but it must be a suitable subject matter which can be appreciated/viewed by the patients, visitors and staff of St. Rocco’s Hospice who represent people of all ages, genders, ethnicities and religions etc.

JUDGING CRITERIA

Each image will be judged on its own pictorial merit as it relates to the theme of uplifting

An entrant can only receive one award

RESTICTIONS

​

The usual restrictions that apply to photographic competitions  (BPE,PAGB,FIAP,RPS,PSA)DO NOT apply to this print competition but the final image must be yours. You must not pass someone elses work off as your own.
