SUBMISSION OF IMAGES TO THIS CHARITY PRINT COMPETITION

​

The prints selected by the judges will be offered to St. Rocco’s Hospice and it will be their decision as to whether the print will be hung in the patient's bedroom/visitors' rooms, sold in the gift shop (or satellite shops) or auctioned off at a future event.

 

All money raise by the sale of the prints will be donated to the hospice.  In entering into this competition you agree that your print will be kept or sold by St. Rocco’s Hospice, you will retain the copyright of the print.

ELIGIBILITY  OF SUBMISSION

 

The prints submitted MUST NOT have received ANY awards (Medals, Selectors Awards, Federation Awards, Very Highly Commended, Highly Commended, Commended etc. etc) from the BPE, PAGB, FIAP,RPS,PSA, or other photographic competitions up to and including the first date that images can be submitted which is 18th January 2019. Please do not use any of the images you submit to this charity print competition in any other competition (either print or digital) until after the closing date 6th April 2019. This print competition is trying to encourage brand new images and a level playing field for all.

The onus for adhering to this rule is on the entrant and entering the completion is confirmation that the print has not gained any awards prior to the closing date of this competition.

 

N.B.  Images that have gained an award in a camera club competition can be submitted (as long as the pictures or pictures haven’t  gained awards in external comps)

IMPORTANT PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

There will be a statement on the back of the prints selected by the judges warning that the print MUST NOT under any circumstances be copied, reproduced, or reprinted in any way or by any method. The author of the print will retain sole copyright of the picture.
